S.C. ROKURA S.R.L.’s entire personnel is fully aware of the fact that unless our clients’ requests and expectations have been set and met, to the purpose of increasing their confidence and satisfaction, we shall not be able to exist.
Nevertheless, our strong determination is to continuously improve our performances, and, also to assure that, for our clients, we shall be in a position to deliver products and provide services that would exceed their expectations, while also abiding by the economic efficiency and profit conditions, without causing prejudice to the limited human resources and equally to the environment.
With a view to the above issues, we bind ourselves to:

enforce and promote the durable development principles namely by satisfying the present period needs without danger to future generations’ capacity to meet their own needs; measure, monitor, evaluate and improve, on a permanent basis, the environment performances, the quality of the products and services that we offer to our clients, the efficiency of the applied management integrated system;.gif){kind=small}
set the targets that are related to the quality and environment domain in view of monitoring, valuating and improving them on a regular basis; encourage, at all times, our employees to professionally develop their skills by organizing training sessions, and, also, by creating an incentive environment; prevent the environment pollution, and promote this policy in the relationships we have with our collaborators and with our clients.In order to turn into practice the above listed commitments, we have implemented, maintained, and continuously improved a quality – environment management integrated system while fully observing the requests of the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 and of SR EN ISO 14001:2005 standards.
This way, we undertake to annually analyze this policy, to modify it or to adapt it to our business domain, and, also to share it with the members of our organization, thus assuring that the policy we set forth has been clearly understood by all our employees.
Our truthful purpose consists in making available, by means of the present document, to all the interested parties, the policy of our company as concerns the management integrated system applied by our organization, thus assuring a clear frame for setting and analyzing the quality and environment-related targets.
